Speed Limiter still active - Many apologies!
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Very unfortunate news to report this morning before I get expectations up any more than I already have. After testing this weekend I found that I am not able to adjust the speed limiter yet and I should have tested this further before posting it up.
What happened? Well, I tried to reduce the limiter today and found that it did not work, so while my Aero has a raised limiter it is apparently controlled in a different manner that the limiter I found in the software.
As some of you may know I PPC'd my Aero when I first purchased it which also raised the speed limiter. I have since then returned my programming to stock and then modified it extensively, but the raised limiter apparently remained even after returning it to stock. So apparently it was due to the ppc that I could exceed the limit, not due to the limiter I was adjusting in the software. I realized that I needed to test the opposite hypothesis yesterday, that is to confirm if I could reduce the limiter. I tried it this morning and blew right threw the limiter, so it is not the active control.
Very embarrassed for my short-sightedness and premature release of info; I will let you guys know if/when I figure this out.
Cheers,
Brian
